We offer one year warranty on our sterling silver jewelry. The warranty includes:
1. The fallen off (not missing) accents stones, shells, coral, etc. within the year of purchasing. These will be fixed with no fees.
2. The lost of accents stones, shells, coral, silver dots, etc. These will be fixed for free as long as the customers provide us with the lost components or materials.
3. The snapped links from the chain and or any silver wire from the jewelry. These will be repaired for free.
4. The torn or dent bezels and bails. These will also be fixed for free as long as they are insured when shipping to our office. We will pay for the shipping back and try to return the items as soon as possible.
