1. What happens if I am not satisfied with the goods from Aristya S

We want you to be delighted with the silver jewelry you buy at our online store. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason simply return your purchase to us insured within 30 days and we will refund your full purchase price.

All we ask is that you send an email informing us that you are returning the goods and return them unused with a copy of the packing slip you received with the shipment. The jewelry should be returned by a similar method it was received i.e registered post, or international courier.

3. I see you sell only handmade jewelry, if I order do I have to wa

No we only sell what we have available for immediate shipment. Typically if a piece sells out it is replaced by a new design until we have it re-stocked. If you like a piece it is best to order now before it sells out.

4. I am ordering it as a jewelry gift does it come in a gift bag

Yes each piece is supplied in a handmade free jewelry gift bag with our compliments! You can also send the jewelry direct to the person the gift is for.Just fill in their details when ordering . If you want to send a message just type it in the comments box while making the payment online. Your message will be delivered along with the gift. You can also send online gift certificates to friends and loved ones, then you know they can choose exactly what they want from our store.

5. What currencies do you accept ?

Prices are shown in US dollars, but you can change these to the currency of your choice by clicking the currency converter and pay in the currency of your choice.

6. How do I submit an order ?

You submit the order through our shopping cart. When you have finished selecting your pieces and wish to order them we collect your shipping details, email etc. When this is finished you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email from us notifying you of this. If it is sent UPS or Fed Express (see delivery options below) you can track your order directly on the internet.

7. Will my jewelry gift be exactly the same as the picture ?

We only supply handmade jewelry and as such each piece is unique and may be slightly different. Every effort is made to show you the most detailed pictures of each jewelry piece and you can click to enlarge them, or show alternative views, and any slight variations are natural and tend to enhance the piece.
There may be minimal variations in the weight - 5% max (more or less). These figures are given as a guide to show you that you are getting value and that they are not light weight or hollow.

8. Are all the pieces 92.5% silver ?

The minimum silver content is 92.5%. In actual fact the purity of each piece is usually above 95% silver.

9. How do I know my wrist size for ordering bracelets ?

Many of the pieces are adjustable to fit all size wrists, however some are fixed sizes, this is all clearly stated in our product descriptions. You can use our bracelet size guidelines to help you.

10. Is your jewelry nickel free as I have an allergy to this ?

Yes all our jewelry is guaranteed nickel free.
